The Traumatic Event Management Plan (TEMP) is a practical document to assist workplaces respond to and manage traumatic events, such as incidents and assaults, some of which can involve threats to life, or witnessing or experiencing serious injuries.
The TEMP is an example of the planning and preparation a workplace can do.
Some workplaces may have their own process for planning and recording.
